At this time we will have you fill out the appropriate questionnaires on the website which we can score and prioritize the area that is the most important to work on first. Within the 5 minute consultation we will schedule you for your 30 minute consultation but with the advantage of having seen all of your questionnaires. This will save us time and save you money to have this information before the phone consultation. We charge $150.00 for the 30 minute phone consultation and $50.00 to review and score your questionnaires. If lab tests are needed, additional fees may be required. Sometimes we may send you to the Lab Corp. facility in your area for a blood draw for a highly comprehensive blood chemistry and the cost would be $185.00. |
